$240 for 50 minutes.

Fees are due at the time of service rendered.

Payment Options: a check made to Liza Chapman LMFT, cash, or Venmo.

Payments are collected at the beginning of session.

Any additional services (collaborating with outside providers, phone consultations) will be prorated per hourly rate. 

48 hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments. 

All patients under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian (caregiver) on site in the waiting room during in person appointments.

Please no eating food during appointment time.
